We work with women who have experienced domestic violence and rape, vulnerable new mothers and their families, carers, and women and men looking to improve their health and wellbeing. We aim to help them create better lives for themselves and their families. Many of our clients are socially and financially disadvantaged, often in addition to facing multiple challenges such as isolation, overwhelming caring commitments, mental health and other chronic health issues. In the financial year 2019-20 we offered 900 local people 2,400 body therapy sessions and just under 4,000 counselling sessions. We have been supporting women who want to get healthy and change their and their families’ lives for the better for over 30 years. We offer Talking Therapies, Complementary Therapies, Classes and Workshops to empower women towards better health and wellbeing for themselves and their families within a safe and contemporary space - right in the centre of busy Camden Town.
