It is inspired by my experience of post-natal anxiety and created in association with the Maternal Mental Health Alliance and maternal health and feeding experts Lansinoh. The garden offers a sense of enclosure, shielding users from the outside world while fostering connection. Shade is cast by a leafy upper tier and the underplanting is shade tolerant. The colours are muted to create a calming environment for bonding and reflection.
